I've tried chicken curry the other day and was very watery and somewhat unpleasant. Someone has found a good recipe?

Coleslaw
1 green col
4 medium carrots
6 stalks celery
1 cucumber
½ cup sugar
½ cup vinegar
½ cup oil
1 cup boiling water
Cut the cabbage into thin strips
Cut carrots, cut into thin slices
Cut celery into thin strips crossing
Cut the cucumber into thin strips
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Boiling water into the container
Cover the pan for 20 minutes
Drain the liquid
Serve at room temperature

Stuffed Roast Beef
1 Rib eye half
1 small onion

Jamaican Chicken Curry


Ingredients


1 chicken
1 / 2 ct. Salt
1 / 2 ct. black pepper
2 tbsp. Curry powder
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 scotch bonnet pepper, finely (discard seeds minced)
2 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
2 bay leaves
1 leek or green onion, chopped
1 / 4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups water
Method
Cut chicken into pieces and wash with vinegar or lemon.
Rub the first nine ingredients in the chicken broth, cover and marinate for 1-2 hours.
Heat the oil in a fryer.
Scrape the ingredients, keep the marinade.
Fry chicken until golden brown on both sides. They remove oil.
Add seasoning, marinade and water.
Simmer until chicken is tender and the sauce has reached the desired thickness.
Serve on a bed of rice or with boiled green bananas and fresh salad

Renta Pineapple Orange Drink

INGREDIENTS:

Renta Yam £ 1
1 cup orange juice
1 cup crushed pineapple
2 lemons
½ pounds granulated sugar
2 ounces ginger
2 cups water

METHOD:

Peel and cook until soft Renta Yam Yam. Cool.
Add the sweet potatoes in the blender.
Extract the juice of 2 limes. In the mixer.
Peel and ginger in blender.
Add the crushed pineapple in the blender.
Water mix, yam, lemon juice, ginger and pineapple until smooth.
Let SettingsI, for 20 minutes.
Add orange juice.
Sweeten with sugar to taste.
Serve on ice.
