I have recently purchased electronic products (DVD, scanner, TV). I think the seller is unable to accept the return without the original packaging, but it's a pain to keep everything as it is voluminous. But when I throw, and then have a problem, I do not think it will be possible to move the item back.
What a long time to make the packaging, if they think the case?
